Preventing cockroaches can be extremely hard, however it is not impossible.  By following these simple steps you can protect your house from a cockroach infestation. 

1.  Clean your house on a regular basis.  Make sure that you sweep the floors and dust on a regular basis because in that dirt can be food for roaches to feed off of.

Ants can be extremely difficult to completely get rid of; therefore it is easier to prevent them.  The steps for killing ants involve many more chemical products. Keep in mind that the prevention is not always full proof; however these simple tips may be of great assistance when preventing ants.

If you have no sign of ants thus far, you can take the following actions to help prevent them.

• Wipe down kitchen counters and do dishes on a regular basis.
• Remove food and drinks from bed rooms and living rooms.
• Put out your trash weekly and remove trash from the kitchen on a daily basis.
• Seal all leftover foods up tightly and securely to prevent odors.
• Mop floors on a regular basis with bleach.

Some spiders are beneficial and eat other insects, others are just plain scary! It is good to be familiar with the spiders in your midst, and not to get too friendly with them! 1. As soon as you find a property that you want to buy, check on having the property and structure checked for evidence of termite presence, past or present, on the property.

2. Be certain that there is a termite inspection clause in your purchase contract.

3. Keep your property under a termite protection contract at all times.

4. Do not store wood or other moist things near or especially against your house. Termites coming up from the ground can use that stored wood as a way of chewing into your structure.

Termites cause more damage to homes and property than fire or earthquake. Follow these steps exactly in order to get rid of your bed bug infestation.

1.)   Start by running the vacuum on the bed and around the bed on the carpet.  Once you have done this you will want to remove the bag and place it into a plastic bag. Then set it out in the sun and let it sit in order to heat up and kill the bugs.

2.)   Wash everything!  You must wash all of your bed clothes and blankets. Do the same thing with the mattress cover and your pillows.  Wash them all in HOT water.
